Yummy, Kelli! We eat our veggies roasted quite often, doesn’t it bring out all the flavor? This looks like something that could be served as a side dish.

That does sound good! I love to server Pumpkin Butter (from Trader Joes, which we sadly don’t have here) on crackers as an alternative too. Luckily some kind relatives in Seattle send a jar each year.

Loving the adventathon idea too. You are always so creative and fun.

It was nice to be able to sit and catch up with your blog again. Impressive and motivating as always. Ah me? I went out on Black Friday for the heck of it. Not a lot of shopping (ok, so I bought a new outfit for our holiday party Sat) but mostly enjoyed Jen, the tradition of it (we always took my Mom when she was alove) and the season. Yeah, I can find joy almost anywhere. ) Look forward to trying the squash dip recipe. Take good care.
