Eat Your Vegetables

Certainly easier to do when covered with cheese and pesto. Matt jokes that he is growing rabbit ears because of all the vegetables we eat. Soon enough, that will include squash and pumpkins from the garden.

That is brilliant. Did you preroast the squash and then add pesto & feta at the end or did they hold up for the entire cooking process?
Looks good. We are swimming in squash and basil from our CSA box. Our rabbit ears are sprouting.
