Your healthy meal looks great Kelli. Getting air into your red wine is a very good thing whether a cheapr or expensive bottle of wine. However if you are going to decant a whole bottle, be prepared to drink the whole thing when you do. To easily get the air you need into wine one glass at a time, pour into wine glass, and then pour into another wine glass. Pour back and forth between two wine glasses to bring out the flavors and aromas of the wine quickly. Swirling your glass also helps, but to get a good amount of air in a short amount of time, do the pour thing.

The butternut squash looks yummy. I've never had it, but it sure looks good. I guess I need to spread my "food" wings and try some new foods. The only foods I've been craving lately are vanilla shakes and Sonic ice. :)

Mmmmmm. Yum. And so healthy too!

I never knew how to pronounce quinoa (I've been calling it "kin-oh-ah" all these years-heh, which, fortunately, does not make it any less yummy, but I suppose DOES make me a little more of a troglodyte--LOL). I told Mom I learn something new from you every day, Kelli. Thank you for gracefully saving me from quinoa troglodyte-dom! Happy Friday Amazing Girl!

That meal looks yummy, I would love the recipe, please.

And I hear ya on the work commute. I am fortunate enough to work from home, so when I do have to travel to an office I always realize just how lucky I am.

Happy Friday!

Quinoa...yummy! I love red peppers stuffed with it. Even with work kicking your butt you still have time to prepare such lovely meals...I barely squeeze in time to make spaghetti! Have a lovely weekend:)

I'm not sure that I should have read that wine tip. I might be drinking more red wine now that I can buy the 5 dollar stuff and improve it. How is it that I didn't know that?!

Looks yummy! How do you cook butternut squash and quinoa? I would love to learn. Does quinoa have flavor or do you flavor it when you cook it?
