Way back, when I didn’t have a hobby, and really wanted one, I saw this book and fell in love. I completely credit this book with inspiring me to try a bunch of crafty stuff – not the contents, just the inside page – that talks about all the things you can do. This is a very cool book!

OMG, my girl scout troop’s version of ‘camp’ was the Tempe Mission Palms. And for real, the one time we actually went to Girl Scout camp, we spent the whole time having our leaders french braid our hair and put make-up on us. I vaguely remember the morning we had flag-raising duty, and the other troops shook their heads at our hair and make-up in disgust.

I love that you’re doing this book! I might have to take a peek at your copy to see what’s in there…
