Ah.... Oaxaco, I haven't been there since I left NAU. Thanks for the reminder that I need to get my keister up there for some margaritas and yummy eats.

Oh Sedona - How I miss it there. It's been two years since our last visit - way to long. My husband wanted to go to Oaxaca every day we were there - it was just great! Oh to be out west, one day I hope, I'll make it there for good!

Haven't been to Sedona in ages. I also didn't know they were growing wine in Arizona these days. Will have to put in a request with husband next time he is out that way to pick some up. I like the St. Francis.

Yes, at the end it's better not to have regrets! We look forward to our Rhin region trip in two weeks to buy some wine. Usually while on vacation, we buy local food and wine to savor at home during long, cold, dark winter days!

We picked grapes closer to Phoenix once. The vines were twice as tall as the young ones. I want to do it again, but have to look into where again.

Hi

Thanks for your generous offer to send stuff to my class. Currently, our class is studying Friendship. I would love to have them make something to give to the children in Bolivia when you go. I am thinking maybe bookmarks or some other flat lightweight easy thing. Maybe pictures? Anyway, then if you send us pics from your trip it will be like they made friends across the world (well down South anyway.)

Enjoy Sedona! I am hoping to get there one of these days!

my favorite part was a toss up between tasting the wine from nyquill cups and watching the scottsdale mod squad arrive. party dress? $200. gigantor sunglasses? $160. fake blond hair? $120. flip flops? $75. and the fact that there was a chihuahua there, waiting for them, needing a home? priceless. one of my favorite days in a long time.

A glass of red a day's good for you. So it's gotta be good for the training. We've been to a few of those, let's get out of here wineries. We've been to a few really big well known ones, that were really impersonal, but others were great. And we went to one that we thought was going to be really dodgy...the winemaker was very eccentric, but he was entertaining, the wine was great and we spent much longer and many more $$ than intended.
