ah….leaves in fall shades. It’s actually a refreshing perspective for someone like me. (at the moment - shivering, viewing the skeleton trees outside, not to mention the ground encased in ice. Sigh.) I hate raking with a passion, but I’d be willing to trade…
January 16th, 2007 at 8:18 amOh! Send me some of your “cold” please! I need to thaw out!
January 16th, 2007 at 8:29 amOoh, I love the colors and look at all the leaves on the ground! You don’t see that here! Embrace it!
January 16th, 2007 at 8:38 amThe Tempe Library? It is the perfect place to experience Fall. They don’t seem in a hurry to removed the leaves from the ground.
January 16th, 2007 at 9:52 amBeautiful! I wish our leaves were still attached to the trees!
January 16th, 2007 at 10:47 amAh yes, that makes me think of September!
January 16th, 2007 at 1:07 pmThis cold streak is definitely different than last January, that’s for sure. But I’ll take hiking in the middle of the day in 48 degrees over trying to do the same in mid-July any day…
January 16th, 2007 at 1:54 pmWow, doesn’t it ever get winter in Phoenix?! There are definitely no leaves on the trees here anymore…all blown away.
January 16th, 2007 at 3:01 pmThe fountain has been frozen for the last 3 mornings…I’m sooo ready for summer!
January 16th, 2007 at 6:12 pmBeautiful photos! Fall is my favorite season. Love the smell, the crunch, the colors. In TN we are frrreezing! That arctic blast
January 17th, 2007 at 5:49 amI feel like I’m living in Siberia instead of Tucson–of course, it’s all relative to what we’re used to in terms of weather. But, being a desert rat now, my bones are cold. I told my husband this morning that I was sure I heard my poor ol’ bones rattling this morning when I got up. I suggested moving to Fiji but he just laughed. Silly man!
January 17th, 2007 at 7:25 ambeeeee-yooouuuu-tiful!
January 17th, 2007 at 8:21 amFall can be very pretty but late spring is still my favorite.
